Drive in ordered for € 30: forget all your socks. Even worse: forgot the drink and toys in the happy meal, and the child cried all over the place at home.

with apple bags you have to add 1 hour waiting time :) and orders are NEVER complete, something is ALWAYS missing.

Very unfriendly and if you have a question you can't answer because you don't understand anything.

Since only drive is possible, it is difficult to say anything. But at least everything was okay there. Except for the cardboard straws. That tastes really nice ...... the drink then

Staff doesnt care if they couldn't hear what you said, they give you something wrong and when you tell them that they gave you a wrong order they blame you.

On my last visit there was unfortunately neither a chocolate frappe nor a chocolate milkshake. I had to take vanilla with chocolate sauce. It wasn't an easy decision. I am also disappointed that there is no matching cranberry dip with the cheese corners - unfortunately they are too dry, even if creamy. Please introduce cranberry dip. That would be awesome! There are still 3 stars, with room for improvement 😁

One star is already way too many! Order placed, food was given incorrectly. After asking several times, things went forward. Parts of the order were missing. When asked, it was slapped on the counter! After 45 minutes we were finally out. Not a word of apology from the staff for the mistake. Was that the very last ...

The staff really go out of their way are nice and all do their best. What always annoys me are the guests, for whom it can never go fast enough and who complain about the staff for no reason.

Unclean (full shelves everywhere, tables dirty), service unfriendly and not helpful. The machines are totally stupid for cash payments and do not help in reducing waiting times (you still have to queue at the cash register and also wait at the pick-up counter). We waited a total of three quarters of an hour for 3 citizens who were also cold. Mcdonalds in SLF failed for me. 👎

The first MC Donalds to switch to paper and wood at MC Flury. Straws are also not used or given out on request. Keep it up.

Very quick processing in the Mc Drive. Food was good as always. Very friendly staff.

The best McDonald ever, it was already like that in my youth in the 90's! The burgers were really hot. Delicious. At the moment there is a construction site and for those not familiar with the area a confusion. Maybe McD signs would make it easier.

The service is a bit slow, but the food is very good.

If you want to pay in cash you can only order orally. The clerk wasn't very helpful in ordering the coupons app offers.

Total disappointment (5.7.20). Staff no plan, outdoor area dirty (everywhere there was rubbish, cups, napkins, etc.). Tables dirty, nobody feels responsible. You are sent from A to B. Corona distance rules could not be explained by the staff. Quote "I don't know either, just sit somewhere." Honestly, you can't. Take a look at Jena, it's different. They have a plan and also order !!!

Mc dirty

Extremely long waiting times. Restaurant very dirty both on the toilet and in the guest area. The employees were visibly overwhelmed with the mass of customers and the queue at the counters scares off every new customer. In the McDrive please allow a good 10 min life -> due to the excessive demand! Here belongs as quickly as possible trained and above all more staff in the shifts!

It's a McDonald's restaurant so it's clean, they serve typical food.. It was a little bit difficult to find the way by car (you have to go around another building)

This evening I went there and I ask for chicken long burger with menu , To go, when I arrived in my hotel room and I found cheese and beef classic, The lady with short hair she speak English and I orderd her ,now I through my dinner
